About Me

Since 1996, I have been serving Tuscaloosa as a full-time REALTOR®, dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Whether you are a first-time-buyer, moving up to accommodate a growing family, or are interested in downsizing, let my 20 years' experience as a licensed REALTOR® ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. I have helped scores of people achieve their dreams of home ownership, and I would be honored to help you as well!

I am an Associate Broker and have achieved the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), both designations achieved by only a small percentage of real estate professionals nationwide. Designations like these and a commitment to consistently attending continuing education seminars allows me to keep my customers and clients informed of changing conditions in real estate market.

I use the most up-to-date technology to provide my clients with sophisticated marketing techniques to get their home seen by potential buyers, and I help buyers navigate the web to find the most accurate information when purchasing a home.

I love helping people achieve their real estate goals and dreams! I believe that Tuscaloosa is one of the best places in the world to live; in fact, it has been named the "Most Livable City in America," one of the "50 Best College Towns," and has been designated an "All-America City."

A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
